Three Little Words

I know from day to day

sometimes I forgot to say

those three little words.

I want you to know that I do.

When times are hard,

I sometimes don’t think I should.

I know that in my ever day life,

I don’t always say or think

those three little words.

You have given me so

much, and ask for nothing

in return.

You love and forgive, because

of nothing I did.

So it is now to you I say
