About Us
Greetings in the Name of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
As pastor of Grace Particular
Baptist Church, I would like to let you know who we are and
what we believe. We are a small flock of the Great Shepherd who
has many flocks throughout the world. We were called out of many
different back-grounds, some of us were Southern Baptists, some
were Methodists, some were even children of Methodists
ministers, and even one was Catholic. I tell you this to let you
know that The Lord has sheep in many places, and He takes great
pleasure in changing people from one life to another. In fact,
The Lord raises people from being dead in trespasses and sin to
walking in the newness of life (real Life). The people of
Grace Particular Baptist Church believe in the God of The Holy Bible,
who is spoken of in its pages, as absolutely sovereign over His
whole creation of all things, all people, and all events.
Nothing takes place in time outside the will and predetermined
purpose of this all-wise and all-powerful God. Daniel 4:35 (KJV) And all the inhabitants of the
earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will
in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth:
and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
You will discover in the articles contained on this website that
truth being affirmed over and over. I can not imagine a world in
which the express will of our good and wise God is not being
executed in each of its passing moments. If you prefer a world
of chance and accident rather than a world controlled by the God
of the Holy Bible then I suspect you will find much here with
which to disagree and perhaps may even go away angry. For that,
we will be sorrowful as was our Savior when the rich young ruler
went away sorrowful for he would not leave his treasures. If
your treasures are the free will of man to decide his own
destiny, and your choice is to be saved by the merits of your
own works, then you must go away bearing your sin of rebellion
to this Sovereign God throughout all eternity. Acts 4:12 (KJV) Neither is there salvation in
any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among
men, whereby we must be saved. We believe in the Eternal
Son-ship of The Lord Jesus and His supremacy over all creation
and the sovereignty of the Holy Spirit bestowing New life upon
those elected by The Father and saved by the specific death and
resurrection of Jesus Christ the Son. The truth of our
understanding and belief is man is totally depraved, unable to
save themselves and completely an alien and enemy to God. God by
His Sovereign will alone, decreed before the foundation of the
world, that a chosen race should be saved from eternal death by
sending His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus died for all that the Father
chose and not one has been lost and the number cannot be
decreased or increased. The Holy Spirit draws all those elected
and saved by a sovereign grace to walk in the newness and
liberty of life in the eternal Lord. The triune God keeps
all His children and brings them into His kingdom throughout all
ages, temptations, trials, and tribulations as man is not
sufficient to preserve themselves. May the Lord bless His
sheep where ever they may be. To God be the Glory, great things
He hath done!

Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work
together for good to them that love God, to them who are the
called according to [his] purpose.
Rom 8:29
For whom he did foreknow, he also did
predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he
might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Rom 8:30
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them
he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and
whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Rom 8:31
What shall we then say to these things?
If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?
Rom 8:32
He that spared not his own Son, but
delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also
freely give us all things?
Rom 8:33
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of
God's elect? [It is] God that justifieth.
Rom 8:34
Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is]
Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even
at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Rom 8:35
Who shall separate us from the love of
Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or
famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Rom 8:36
As it is written, For thy sake we are
killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the
slaughter.
Rom 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more
than conquerors through him that loved us.
Rom 8:38
For I am persuaded, that neither death,
nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things
present, nor things to come,
Rom 8:39
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other
creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God,
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. |
